• Licence: proprietary commercial — closed-source products allowed; you do not owe AGPL on your app
• Private registry for licensed customers (https://npm.salsafx.com)
• Includes open-source components plus Pro-only features
• Seats / OEM as on the invoice; you may not resell Pro as a UI kit
